I have one of these and love it. The heaviest "pounding" cycle is a real thumper, but it's my favorite of the options. The massager is fairly heavy, but it also helps it stay settled where you place it. Other/earlier posters have said each massage cycle is too short, but running it without the heat function I usually get 20-25 minutes before it turns itself off.
