Unfortunately, free shipping applies only to the continuous states. No free shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Free shipping does indeed work...you'll see it at the final checkout page on the order summary (right side). There's no code and no minimum order, and the only exception is that you can't combine this offer with another code. I didn't buy this item but found some other cool stuff.

Yep if you go through to the final order page you'll see that the shipping cost is subtracted out.

Damn it, I clicked on the link and it showed $2. Added 2 to the cart, and after checking out the site I went to pay and it is showing $2.99 now. Seems like they JUST changed the prices and I lost out. For some reason that extra $0.99 doesn't attract me as much.

Price is now $2.99. I don't know if the free shipping option is still available or not as I didn't want to purchase these at $2.99 each. :/
