Haven't tried this code yet, but previous 50% off codes have worked well. Great deal for some summer savings on quality take-in pizza!

vote-for24vote-against

I guess John isn't concerned about the Affordable Care Act affecting his bottom line after all.

vote-for4vote-against

In a few years this offer will be 50% off, but you will have to add 14 cents back on.

vote-for-17vote-against

I'd rather eat the box, better ingredients, better than their pizza... smarter than their owner.

vote-for4vote-against

Here's the backlash from blaming the Affordable Care Act! Don't be cheap on providing health Insurance to your workers!

vote-for7vote-against

Ahhh....don't get political. Comment on the coupon. Save your thoughts on the idiotic idea of having the government run anything for another forum.

vote-for-27vote-against

@dshigley: Even if the owner wasn't an idiot, I would have downgraded the coupon, their pizza is terrible, at any price. I have to be starved to eat it for free when it is the office pizza.

vote-for2vote-against

It's only 6am here, but the code appears to work for San Diego. Thanks!

vote-for5vote-against

Works here in Ohio. Getting some garlic parm bread sticks for lunch. $2 for a bunch of delicious bread sticks is a damn good deal.

vote-for0vote-against

@nageltr: Judging by the lack of basic morals from the CEO, I would imagine that they'd add $1.00 to the price, give 10 cents to the employee who does the work, expect him to pay an extra dime for insurance, and pocket all of the differences.

@atomicplayboy: I call BS, no man is able to resist free pizza in the breakroom, no matter where is comes from. Recently we had a project and a few of us had to come in on Sunday, we had pizza and the leftover were left out over night. Once the regular Monday staff came in they hit that pizza, no questions asked... that's where I draw my line.

Worked for me in PA! Great deal for lunch today, and tomorrow!

vote-for1vote-against

I cant find where to input the code? at what point in the order is this possible?
Also, does this work with the early week mania deal they have going? (9.99 for any large)

vote-for0vote-against

@atomicplayboy: Prove it! Pictures or it didn't happen!

vote-for-1vote-against

@atomicplayboy: Yep! Like telling women what to do with their bodies!

vote-for2vote-against

@atomicplayboy: I don't like the owner either, but I like the people in my local Papa John's.

vote-for1vote-against

@hoodsbreath: Title says it all! Click on view menu to see promo field.

vote-for1vote-against

thanks for the help!

Message to all, it does not work in conjunction with the early week special of 9.99 for any large specialty

vote-for2vote-against

Just used it. My pizza is on the way. Saved $22.00!!

vote-for3vote-against

@hoodsbreath: You have to click special offers on the main page and then input it at the top, where it says have a promo code? There isn't a way to put it in at checkout.

Worked great for me here in AL, thanks!

vote-for2vote-against

Still screwed here. Papa John's is within 10-15 mins from me...yet the only place that will accept this offer is 40 miles away. WTF - this always happens!!

vote-for1vote-against

Promo only works with "regular" priced menu items and not with already reduced priced special offer items. If anyone finds a way to make it work with the "specials", please let us know how you did it.

IMHO Poppa Johns makes the BEST Pizza of all the large chains. In SoCal, Numero Uno makes one of the best pizza's among the smaller chains. If you actually like those thin crusted ones that the crust tastes like eating a soda cracker, stay away from Poppa's place.

vote-for1vote-against

@russwjohns: hmm Papa or Poppa? In Call do ppl always call a place and spell it differently?! I was just there and it seemed so weird that happened often. Like what the heck was taco shack when it's taco bell or pizzaz for pizza hut?!

vote-for1vote-against

@russwjohns: Why stay away from Pappa John's thin crust? No good? I don't like thin crust so I can't say.

Anyway, I'm ordering some bacon cheesesticks and wings.

vote-for3vote-against

@hookhams: Might not help, but you could contact PJ hq and tell them your local franchise never supports these deals. I think corporate would at least send you some decent coupons... of course your local might not accept those either.

vote-for1vote-against

@cappo: sorry, guess I wasn't clear. Papa Johns has a good thin crust pizza, I just like my crust thicker than those since the regular crust is more filling and I don't have to eat as much to feel full.

vote-for1vote-against

btw... I've ordered from the regular items menu during both of the past two promo's and have gotten the 50% discount each time with no issues. Just pick the pizza you want and you can even change the items on that selection. I've gotten the $19 extra large pizza's for $9.50 plus tax.

Domino's sucks IMO since they changed the crust last year.

vote-for1vote-against

I always use this coupon when it comes up to try a pizza I've never tried before. Last time I finally tried the Spinach Alfredo and thought it was terrible, hopefully this time better luck with the Chicken Parmesan.

vote-for1vote-against

Just used it to order for the family. If you are wondering if it works with all (regular-priced) items or just the first one, it worked with all.
