Do the earth and your wallet a favor and don't ever buy heavy duty batteries. They are about as good as dead alkalines, and still take up the same space. I would say less than 1/6 the capacity of alkaline. Although alkalines have been getting much worse lately so I started using enloop rechargables. Enloops 2000 actually outlast current energizers for my purposes. Whoops - did this for AA, Same concept for AAA but all three types are lower capacity, probably the same fractional comparison though.
He speaks the truth.
I was never a fan of rechargeables, but I just got a few lithium-ion AAs on ebay. Can't speak to how long they'll last yet, but in my LED flashlight (which is what I wanted them for) they make it MUCH brighter! We'll see how the life is on them, and pray the wife doesn't throw them out!
This is a good deal for really crappy batteries. So if you like changing batteries a LOT, buy this!
These are not rechargable, anyway. Bad deal all around.
Are there any sites out there that have not offered these subpar batteries yet ?
Eneloops are dang good
I have several packs of these batteries. I bought them for a comparably super low price. You get what you pay for.. and these batteries are no exception. Thumbs down.
