Oblivion GOTY Deluxe Edition (includes expansions and extra content) on Steam for $8.50
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition Deluxe includes Knights of the Nine and the Shivering Isles expansions plus Fighter's Stronghold Expansion, Spell Tome Treasures, Vile Lair, Mehrune's Razor and much more.
Also on sale:
Morrowind GOTY - $5 - http://store.steampowered.com/app/22320/
Fallout 3 GOTY - $24 - http://store.steampowered.com/app/22370/
At $8.50 for the game + 2 expansions this is a hell of a deal!
I bought this because I wanted the expansion packs, and this was cheaper.
@arcooke
Obviously with my luck... I bought Fallout 3 GOTY 3 days ago. :(
Purchased, along with Morrowind.
I already own both games (except oblivion expansion packs)... Think this is the 3rd time I've bought Morrowind, but now I don't have to track down the CDs/DVD when I want to play.
What are the chances of Morrowind running on a netbook with windows 7? Probably low :(
Morrowind might run fine, it has pretty low system requirements. Oblivion on the other hand, I doubt it would be playable.
Great deal!
Thanks for keeping your eyes open guys I just bought both Morrowind and Oblivion.
Just picked up a copy as well since this'll beat every $10 Target bargain game out of the water. Played a little bit of Morrowind so I'm excited to see Oblivion.
Already own it on disk, but bought it anyway. Steam makes everything so easy.
Thanks for the heads up
For the new Mac Steam users, none of the titles (Oblivion, Morrowind, Fallout 3) have Mac versions yet.
Appreciate the heads up! Oblivion GOTY purchased!
Finally a way to purchase all the expansion packs! I've wanted to purchase them for about a year now but the official DLC website was abandoned long before I started playing Oblivion. I haven't been able to find them for sale by themselves and I really didn't want to repurchase the base Oblivion and Shivering Ilse's again since this normally costs around $30.
I just logged on to Steam to check this out and Fallout New Vegas is 49.99 like PC games are supposed to be!
Thanks for posting this, purchased yesterday because of this post.
Thanks!!
Anybody know how mod-friendly the Steam version is?
@drwurm: Just like any other version, except it's saved in your Steam folder.
My only qualm with playing Elder Scrolls on PC is the urge to cheat becomes incredible (Morrowind especially), despite the experience being so much better.
I bought it, it's worth all 850 of those pennies.
Just checked the link and the game is now listed at 24.99
