I'm thinking great Christmas present for the kids! I've never met a kid that didn't love a tent, especially one set up indoors in the winter that is small, easy to set up/take down and has a perfect view of the TV.

ETA: nevermind. I just watched the video and didn't realize you have to stake down the corners to make it work. My bad.

Because the door is mesh it will not be water tight or very warm.
Can't use this in rain or cold weather.
Looks more like a kids backyard tent.

@frankenbear: agreed, kids toy turf. No separate fly - not good for ventilation or rain protection.

Stability did not look good for windy conditions either. Might require some clever coordination to return to its unopened state.

While it is inexpensive, saving money won't feel that great if you try to use this tent in conditions that are beyond its capabilities.

Looks like this has the more "tarp like" bottom. Only really cheap tents have these. And it doesn't state, but I would imagine fiberglass poles. I wouldn't depend on this for anything more than a kid's backyard tent.

I just love pitchin' a tent

if you actually watch the video you'll see the tent has a regular door in addition to the bug screen pictured above. Still not something I'd take camping personally as I can't stand these type of tents with circle folding ideology... absolutely zero way to make shift a pole or set it up in the field with a broken pole... and not exactly lack friendly being flat and round.
