Seems like a good deal. Cheapest 3TB on newegg is $180.
@djrussell: Yeah I did a quick search and the nearest price I could find was in the $180's too. I think on Amazon.....
You can buy as many as you want and whenever you want from Costco at $149
I know cause I bought a couple last weekend.
@mantikos: I was just at my Costco a few days ago and above all the external drives they did have a sign that advised people of the flooding and said there was a limit of 2 per customer. Of course that's probably "optional" per store or manager to enforce.
this is the one I purchased from best buy for $99 on Black Friday. Works great and Ive never had problems with Seagates
I just got this model in 1TB for $59 from Staples a couple weeks ago. Works great. Deleted their preinstalled stuff and uses it seamlessly with Windows backup.

That's C&P'd from the BestBuy.com link posted.
So, I wonder which it is?
Grabbed one and did in store pick up the next day. Easy to set up, and a fair transfer speed. I like the little light that shows how full you are. And it says it has a 2 year warranty, didn't read to see if that includes the cost of data recovery if it fails!
P.S. I might consider this a good deal if it weren't from BestBuy. Even if they do ship for free, sales tax @8% kills the deal for me.....and I suspect most other people, too. (Don't most states have a Best Buy store? Or are they regionally limited?)
