The one review on Amazon gives these a big thumbs up http://amzn.to/c1tasR
As a volunteer firefighter, I carry the Channellock 89 Rescue Tool with my gear. I am very impressed by the workmanship and quality in the product. I can't say I've ever used a Channellock screwdriver, but I'm sure that they are built to the same specifications.
@llamabox: The sole reviewer also has 13 other reviews (mostly tools, various vendors). Every single one is a glowing, 5 star review.
I am somewhat amused by the reviewer's praise of the steel cap, so that you can hammer on them. I'm trying to recall the last time I hammered on a cross top screwdriver.
How do I remove this post? I just found out these things are made in China. It's really tough to get a way from the made in China stuff, but I'm still trying to buy American. I did not know they were made in China, if not I would have never posted this deal. Please buy at your own risk.
Does it come with a free fortune cookie??!
@luisibarra81: I don't know if you can. Way to support the downfall of America.
These are pretty good but dont use in electrical panels cause the electricity will go right from the tip to the back of the handle. Its an easy way to get a nice jolt
@mgherter: Look up "Capitalism"
I can't use these as a prybar then return it to Sears for a new one. F that!
@phantom240: I'll do that. As long as you promise to look up "sarcasm".
