all of this available on steampowered.com - which will keep your downloads library all organized in one easy-to-see spot, via a superior service. =P

if you are patient, you can get 99% of these for 75% off at various times.

also, don't be fooled by the games that are 80% off via this amazon deal - find out what amazon's base price is compared to steam's base price. 80% off $30 sounds good, until you consider that steam will offer the same game at 75% off $20.

@davidgamelljr: There is a dollar difference between those to prices and it's possible that steams price is $20 when they offer 75% off because it's 6 months later. Also Amazon likes to put down the highest price it can when putting things on sale so the discount % is higher.
I agree about the organization of steam and have held out for some games but you can add non-steam games to your steam library. Also with steam you can't choose specific locations for install so if you want to put just the game you're currently playing on a secondary SSD you're out of luck.
Point is, if you're a steam person but really want something don't miss out on a deal.

@davidgamelljr: It turns out some of the games are actually steam activated. At least the Hitman collection is, didn't check them all.

@davidgamelljr: All true, but some of these prices are as good or better than what they've gone for on Steam. I get that you love Steam - I do too! I also love good deals, though, and there are certainly some to be found here. ESPECIALLY when - as others have noted - many of these can be activated on Steam.

fyi, here is a list of games that valve will allow you to import into steam.

this is different than being able to add a link in your steam library to the game - this will allow you to fully download the game from steam on any new computer, instead of rely on a third party that may or may not stay in business or even be accessible.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
