Thank goodness it’s NATURAL goose filling. Robot goose filling always gives me a sore neck.
This is my first purchase from gearxs and the order was processed and shipped within 3.5 days which is a pretty quick turnaround time unlike other DOD sites I normally use. I only wish there was an option to pay a little extra to upgrade the shipping from smartpost but I'm overall satisfied. Definitely an upgrade to my old, flat polyfill pillow at home.
This one looks very comfortable, but I don't like the shape of it.

@gearxs: Can you confirm that these are 100% down, or are they goose feather and down? If they are a mix, can you give us the % feather vs down?
Like many have said, feather pillows are a lot different than down pillows.

I just received an email from gearxs informing me that they have refunded my purchase price and shipping.
It won't show up on my credit card for another day or so, but I wanted to go on the record that they did (eventually) do the right thing.
The product page description is "100% Natural Goose Filling Feather Down" and "100% goose filling down" but nowhere does it say "100% goose down".
Smells scammy.
@valdeam: All down pillows will become thin after a while if they aren't fluffed. They are definitely not maintenance free. You will need to fluff them each night for best results and maximum longevity.
I'm concerned about this product for other reasons. First, that's a very non-standard size for a pillow. 20 inches deep will push my feet off the other end of the bed! Second, I'm very wary of this 100% goose filling down. Note that it's not 100% goose down filling. In the description, it talks about not letting feathers escape. There should be NO feathers in a 100% down pillow.
For the price, I expect you'll get a very reasonable feather/down pillow that's probably quite good. But if it's not a 100% down pillow, it's not as good a deal as we all thought at first.

@valdeam Filing a credit card dispute is on my to-do list for later this afternoon. I emailed gearxs (again) yesterday asking for a refund and giving them one final chance to make it right before I escalate with my credit card company. Since they have ignored my last 4 emails, I doubt they will respond.
I hate to initiate a credit card dispute over a relatively small amount of money, but now it's more the point of it.
@radicalreader: Have you gotten your money back yet? Dispute it with your card. I hate it when this happens.
Want to be in for these, but GearXS gives me pause too. They're the infamous "1000TC sheets" people, for sheets that weren't even close to 1000 thread count.

I was ready to buy until I saw that the seller is gearxs.
I refuse to give them another dime of my money.
They have HORRIBLE customer service.
I placed an order with them over five weeks ago. They charged my credit card on April 8 ... and I have yet to see my item. When I contacted them about my order after three weeks, they claimed to have shipped immediately, but wouldn't give me a tracking a number.
I have emailed them repeatedly since then, but they refuse to respond.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRODUCTS FROM THIS SELLER.
is therre a code or something some of the prices on the page dont match when added to cart ie the fila socks..?

I picked up a set of down pillows when I got out of college and haven't ever regretted it. I actually take one with me even when I travel as I sleep so much better.
