@bcc77: Pretty sure you're out of luck. Batteries aren't cross compatible between Marvel and DC comics.

Wal-Mart actually sells 4-packs of heavy duty batteries for around 94cents/pack. They may not have spiderman on them, but would cost you less.

Also keep in mind that heavy duty batteries pre-date alkaline batteries and do not work well, if at all, in high drain devices.

I bought a hundred heavy duty batteries from a deal here awhile back (Polaroid I believe) and they wound up being 13 cents each. Good for remotes or occasionally used toys. 30 cents each doesn't seem very good to me for Heavy Duty: find a deal on some alkaline or rechargables (gotta love the Eneloops)

Go to Ikea and get their Alkalisk alkaline AA batts for 1.99 for pack of 10. Yeah its yellow and no spider man but a helluavlot cheaper. !

I am intrigued, never having seen a Spiderman-type battery. I rushed to see which size I use the most, and yes, AA would be correct for me.So what could I lose? This house of bargains in a box (uwantsavings) hasn't disappointed me yet, so I'm ordering!! I'll let you all know what they look like after I get 'em..

Way better deal posted on here a day or two ago. 50 ALKALINE AA batteries for 14.99 including shipping. Exact same price, but the batteries are worth more than the logo on the packaging. Heavy duty batteries are garbage.

My 100 Spiderman AA batteries has arrived! To my surprise, it isn't 100 loose batteries rolling around in a box.. No, it is 25 colorfully decorated (incased in plastic) little packets, each containing 4 spiderman batteries. As someone who has helped put together those "goodie Bags" handed out after kids' partys, I see the value of having a filler such as this; especially if the party theme was Spiderman!
