So frustrating, can't they put Trinity with a panel that isn't utter crap?

What are the spec on the Audi that comes with it? Is it manual or automatic?

@tomakellogg: I did some searching and found trinity to be AMD's line of entry level chips. I'm not well versed here and would love to know why this computer falls short.

@shinespark: could you help? Maybe expand on the comment you made. Looks like some fellow WOOTers could use some expertise as they contemplate buying.

@morriea: Trinity are the second generation APUs for AMD. The integrated graphics on this will kill any comparable Intel machine's, but it irks me to no end how every laptop is a string of big 1366x768 displays. Would it kill them for a 1600x900 panel? I loved the days of 1600x1050 but I digress. Anyway that's pretty decent for everyday use and light gaming. Not the most powerful CPU but if you wanted a powerhouse you'd be better off going with a desktop anyway.

@ascurlock: @shinespark expanded on his comment...I hope his info is helpful to you.

Granted the screen resolution isn't the best (Still not bad), The processor is AMD (but again not bad. An intel with the same spec would cost ya about $150-$200 more) Ram is good, Hard drive is decently sized, 64 bit windows 7 is good, No blueray drive (but not a big deal) Its an HP and from my experience with them they are good quality. I would say this is a great deal. There is no way the normal value of this computer is $790+ its listed ads. I would say more in the $550-$650 range depending on where ya go. But again I would say this is a great deal if your the internet browsing, picture hording, video playing, tweeting, blogging, wooting computer user.

It's $527 on amazon for a refurb, so this is 25% less. I would say it's somewhere between a "pretty good" a and "great" deal.
