Mine has it. As I said in my original post, cant speak for the packages available for everyone. Using my Penn State email I have full access to Win7, just about all previous versions of windows, and the dev & customer preview of Win8

Edit: But also when I access my dreamspark it says "Dreamspark Premium"

Capella does not have dreamspark access anymore. Tho I am not shocked it isnt much of a real college.

Dreamspark also appears to get you free access to deploy Windows phone apps (rather than $99/year).

My college doesn't have it, but it's a great program anyway. If yours doesn't have it, check to see if you have access to MSDNAA. It's similar, and may have what you are looking for.

@dudeyzerman: Dreamspark took the place of MSDNAA unless I'm wrong. Pretty much just changed names

Haven't checked recently, but Dreamspark also entitled you to a year of XNA if anyone wants to develop Xbox 360 games. It was a little more limited than the standard subscription (I don't think you could access the official forums), but you could actually test your code on your 360 with it.

This will never expire btw, so don't lose track of it! If you've never used dreamspark / MSDNAA and you have a university / college email address try it out; there is plenty of free software to be had.
