Barcelona Restaurant is one of the Capital District’s premier Mediterranean restaurants, lovingly recreating the vibrant tastes of Southern Europe in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.

Combining fresh meats, poultry and fish with ripe vegetables, fragrant herbs and of course plenty of extra virgin olive oil, Mediterranean cuisine is bursting with aromas, flavors and a freshness unlike any other. Barcelona’s Chef Perez has taken his inspiration from several international cuisines of the region – Spanish, Italian, French – to create a marvelous menu of delicious dishes each as outstanding as the last. There’s also an excellent tapas menu featuring an exquisite array of light fare that’s the perfect accompaniment to a glass or two of wine, of which there is a generous selection.

The main dining area is picturesque and there’s a sumptuous banquet room, but for a true Mediterranean dining experience, dine al fresco on the beautiful outdoor veranda.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
