Bundle Includes:
Baldur’s Gate 1 & 2 + Expansions [Average Metacritic: 91%]
Icewind Dale 1 & 2 + Expansions [Average Metacritic 85%]
Planescape: Torment [Metacritic 91%]
The Temple of Elemental Evil [Metacritic 71%]
This is worth it for Torment alone...outstanding game and this is an outstanding price.
If having the discs is important to you; here is the anthology from Amazon for 19.99
I bought this. It's about a 10Gb download and you can save the files anywhere you like. After downloading, you can choose which games to install or not to install in the setup program. Easy peasy.
I actually bought the DVD version. Copied the files from both discs to a folder and installed from there. No disc switching! Wish I could've gotten it for this price but that's okay. Now, is the Neverwinter Nights package as good a deal?
@tzakrzewski: Holy cow is the NWN package as good a deal. I sunk several hundred hours into NWN1 and it's expansions. Easily one of the best games I've ever played.
NWN vanilla was very buggy and annoyed me to death, but that was fixed with the Mask expansion.
So much win for $7.50!
Grumble grumble grumble....I'm rethinking if I really want to buy from them, since they aren't offering the opportunity to re-download at a later time (unless you pay $4 for 2 years of download access) =/ Still.....$5 for some really really kickass games....
@khellendros1984: You have 30 days to download. It's not Steam, but it's a damn good deal, imho.
@comma: I agree it's a good deal...I'm just spoiled. And with the number of games I've got sitting around unplayed, I don't think I can justify buying a pack of new ones, haha.
Awesome thanks!
Looks like the link is dead. Keeps telling me "access denied" when I click on it. Bummed out, I remember playing Baldur's gate as a kid. Classic stuff.
Doesn't look like it's being offered anymore. Kind of a rip-off, as it was stated to run through the 31st.
Cannot BELIEVE I missed this. I was looking at it really late last night and left the page up to get it today... I guess I'll wait for Baldur's Gate to be re-released whenever that happens.
