Simply put, this is one of the best, if not most under-appreciated cartoons from Steven Spielberg's WB cartoon series, which includes Animaniacs and Pinky & the Brain. The rapid-fire, short-attention-span gags, puns, pop-culture references, non sequiturs, and all-out silliness set it apart from any other series during this era.
