I did the seconds of google research. It is free Slurpee day today. Monday, 7/11/11.

It says Sunday, because somehow this was bumped up from last year.
I guess it will be bumped next year too.

It is too hot to walk to the7/11. Maybe if I'm passing in the car, I'll get one.

Heard people saying elsewhere that some locations are not providing free cups and/or straws for their 'free' slurpee. Didn't say how much they were charging for those. Just a heads up.

stopped by 2 today around noon, both had signs on the door "all out of free slurpees"
