-Personal Comment: I hate the way Hot Topic runs these promotions, making it seem like you'll get another 50% off. The Above clause, in fact, is displayed as an image so you can't search or copy and paste it.
Not saying the deal is bad.
@nomadxxi: You do get an additional 50%... If a shirt normally runs for $20 and is found in clearance for $8 then you get it 50% off for $4. Just take 50% off the lowest marked price. If you go to the stores then you take 50% off the RED price.
@pruiz87: That is incorrect the online prices already have the additional 50% off clearance. so if the shirt is showing at $8 that is the price. That said yesterday the shirts were $8 and today they are showing at $4.49 so not exactly 50% but still a good deal for a $25 shirt.
Not the same scenerio for some of the shoes though as the skimmers last week were $5 and are still $5 or there about
@demonsndynamite: I always purchase during extra 50% off. In store, you get 50% off the lowest marked price. Ive only purchased a couple of shirts online but I also get the 50%.
The Extra 50% off clearance is available to the public AFTER 2 days of it being available to HT+1 Members. This would explain why you say the price change from yesterday to today.
Either way, for about $5 a shirt (usually a little less) compared to the normal price of $20-$25, its a steal.
Yikes, after clicking through the tees I can see why they're on clearance...still overpriced for the selection...unless you're a Twilight fan or similar :\

I don't know why i bother looking through here anymore. I always get really excited when I stumble upon a good shirt, after sifting through all the terrible shirts, only to find out that it's either an XS or a 3X.
Breaks my heart.
@pinchecat: Its free... you get coupons for your birthday, usually 25% off your purchase or $5 off a $20 purchase or more... you get a cerain percent off after accumulating a certain amount of points... you get additional %50 off clearance sale 2 days before non HT+1 members...
why wouldnt you... it doesnt hurt or cost to join.
