I have one of these and it's great. Excellent power, reasonable storage of hoses and accessories. I haven't tried it with water yet, but on dry stuff, it works great.

$50 for a quality vac normally priced at $79. I opted for in-store pickup, and it gave me another discount of $22! Yes Sir, I'm on it!!

vote-for5vote-against

Yes, I believe that there is a mistake on the web site. It's showing up as $49.99 and then another discount. I just purchased this for $20.00. Will they honor it when I go to pick it up?

vote-for3vote-against

I also selected "Pick up at store" and it discounted another $29. Hope they honor this. What a deal!

vote-for3vote-against

I got mine "in store pickup" $22 buck as well!!!

Picked this up last year, and it did a great job cleaning up the basement after the sump pump quit during a big rain storm. I ended up buying the optional Squeegee nozzle (link below) so I could get all the little puddles of water off of the floor. Two things to remember with wet vacuuming though; 1. Take out the filter, or you will ruin it. 2. Don't wait until the thing is full of water to empty it. It may not seem like a lot, but that vacuum is heavy when it is full of water.

This is great! I have a similar crapsman vac, and the replacement filter was more than this!!
Seriously thinking on a second 22$ purchase for parts.
Thanks!!!

vote-for3vote-against

WOW! Thanks for the tip - $22 for this vac with in store pick-up. Unbelievable!

vote-for2vote-against

Great deal especially with in store pickup. Hopefully all works well. +1 Thanks

vote-for-3vote-against

They just fixed it. I got one for the 22 bucks just before they could fix.

vote-for3vote-against

I just purchased one for $22! No, they didn't fix it yet. On the first screen after you add to cart it tells you the approximate total is $49.88, but when you actually click on "Checkout" it reduces it to $20.76 and your final total is that +tax. Debating if I should get another one for a couple that's getting married in June. This along with something else would be great!

vote-for2vote-against

Currently showing as "Sold out online." Try In-Store pickup. This is a great deal!!

vote-for2vote-against

I also just purchased it for $22. I didn't click the "add to cart" button, I used the "pick up in store" button below it. Try that if you're having trouble.

vote-for1vote-against

Can anyone say deal of the century? I just got two, used the in-store pickup and got it for $23 as well. So awesome. I cant wait to suck and blow everything double fisted!

vote-for3vote-against

@triplebud: "I cant wait to suck and blow everything double fisted!"

... That sounds... so wrong.

vote-for1vote-against

Has anyone actually received their second "order pickup confirmation" email?

vote-for2vote-against

I can't wait to see whether anyone confirms actually picking one up at that price! I'm pretty sure Home Depot (along with most stores) reserves the right to cancel an order that's found to be the result of a pricing error.

(I'm in for one, too, though! I'll pass on the double-fisting, however...)

vote-for1vote-against

Just received my "Ready for Pickup" e-mail! Fingers crossed... :-)

vote-for1vote-against

$22 and change for me too. We'll see if they actually let me have it at the store.

vote-for1vote-against

I tried checking out as a guest... didn't work. I registered real quick and checked out with paypal, no problems. Thanks, great deal if it doesn't get cancelled. Fingers crossed.

vote-for1vote-against

Well, I think they should honor it. They were giving free shipping if you selected to have it shipped to your home. So discounting additionally the cost of shipping to those who pick up in store, is fair. But did anyone notice if they were charged sales tax?

vote-for1vote-against

Ordered one. I'll go at lunch and see if they honor it.

vote-for1vote-against

22 bucks still as of 2 minutes ago

vote-for1vote-against

$22?? Excellent deal, thanks!

vote-for1vote-against

Anyone else having issues getting your order submitted? Tried three different cards and all of them "unable to be processed at this time". :(

**UPDATE: pretty sure they closed the deal down. Every one of my charge auth attempts are posting to my account, but the site won't process the order. Tried this on two browsers...anybody finding this true?

vote-for1vote-against

just got my pickup notification :)

vote-for1vote-against

Well, I just picked it up at a local store... it's sitting in my backseat and the receipt says credit card was charged $22.21.

So hurry up and grab them before someone wises up and informs the stores to cancel the orders!!!

vote-for1vote-against

Just tried another online, still 20 bucks

vote-for1vote-against

I can't get the $20 price anywhere near me. :(

EDIT: Nevermind, what a glitch! Thanks @CrusaderGurl for the tip!

vote-for1vote-against

Just recieved my confimation email. I bought 2 for $48 total including tax. Checked out as guest with paypal and didn't have any problems. I love woot!

vote-for1vote-against

$20.76! I just emailed work to buy a couple more, they're showing dozens in stock nearby. Thanks TONS guys!!

vote-for1vote-against

Amazing deal! Ordered 5 for family & friends!

vote-for1vote-against

So the computer error is that instead of just one discount of $29.12 to bring the cost from $79 down to $49.88, checking out with in-store pickup applies the discount a second time to bring the price down from $49.88 to $20.76.

They can't do anything, though, once you've already taken the item home... can they? :)

vote-for1vote-against

going to pick my 2 up now, will confirm

vote-for1vote-against

I wonder if there are any other "Black Friday" in store pickup glitches to be found?

vote-for6vote-against

I just picked mine up from the Home depot in Dewitt, NY for a grand total of $22.42...The employees laughed at the price.

vote-for1vote-against

YAYYAYAYAY!!!

Going to get mine here in El Paso, TX.

vote-for1vote-against

Wow, excellent deal. Rigid beats the hell out of shop vac. In for one!

vote-for-2vote-against

bought 3 of them and they just called and said that they are up front.

vote-for2vote-against

The deal got busted, it's no longer available online. Glad I got my $22 vacuum before they found out.

vote-for1vote-against

Sick of my 5 gal Shop Vac losing suction, so this came along at just the right time. Just completed checkout for $22.22 and will pick it up tomorrow.

vote-for-3vote-against

Just got my pick-up ready e-mail for the 5 I ordered :)

vote-for3vote-against

And now order ready for pickup. I don't think they'd cancel any of these, as I have a feeling they're still making a slight profit since they own Rigid and all.

vote-for1vote-against

They're not even onsale for $49.88 now.

vote-for2vote-against

@dawnfay83: It's guys like you that kill these deals. Just buy one, accept your good fortune, and leave room for others to benefit also.

vote-for1vote-against

I'm upset because I JUST missed this by 5 minutes.
No buy button, No checkout button, nothing they had that hidden.

Now it says "The product you are trying to view is not currently available."
