What does it mean by Fullscreen Dubbed Subtitle AC3 version?

Its just the audio quality of the movie. It's still the bluray/dvd combo.

@droidcoug: Fullscreen means the video is presented in a 4:3 (or 1.33:1) display ratio.

While most movies filmed after the early 50's are in a "widescreen" format such as 1.85:1 or 2.35:1, movies filmed prior to the 50's were usually filmed in 1.375:1 aspect ratios on 35mm film. This is remarkably close to the 4:3 aspect ratio typically indicated now as "fullscreen."

In this case, Bambi being displayed in fullscreen format is more true to the original release than if they had modified it to display in a widescreen format.
