Lots of exclusions, but order by phone and you might be able to get around them. It worked for me. I also complained about the sales tax and they helped me out.

Also, if you're signed up for their newsletter, you would have gotten a $50 off $199 or more code. Maybe you can try to get one of those on the phone as well.
