Arguably one of the best casual games available right now, Plants vs. Zombies for iPhone and iPod touch is available today for free on the iTunes App Store.
In this 5-star rated, whimsical, entertaining, and zombie-infested tower defence-style game, you have to save yourself from waves of zombies who want nothing more than to eat your brains... Your defence consists of various plants that you can use to damage, repel, convert, or destroy the attacking hordes!
With an adventure (arcade) mode as well as tonnes of mini-games and challenges, this game is super fun and worth the $3 it usually costs, but is even better FREE!

@coondogg97: Thanks, but you are incorrect as this is a different deal. That is the HD version for iPad. This is the version for iPhone and iPod touch.

@coondogg97: Thanks :) Ditto on yours... In case you were wondering, I had posted the HD one at the same time as you (you beat me to hitting Submit by 2 minutes because I am verbose). So I tattled my own HD deal and posted this non-HD one instead! :D
