The company is closing and these may be the last Hostess products you see. The Teamsters Union compromised, but the others wouldn't (and refused to let members vote on the issue) so Hostess moves from chapter 11 to chapter 7. The brand names will be sold to someone but will the stuff be made the same way?

It's true, Local.Woot is no longer, but please don't despair.
