I don't know if these expire, but I know you can stack them with existing subscriptions. I stockpiled a bunch of them a while back, entered all the codes at once, and now I think my subscription is good until 2016 or something like that.

@pinchecat: but... it's a deal! :-P Fair point, I view it as giving me access to Netflix/hulu/etc. on my existing 360 till then at the very least.
