Darn, I don't have a Kindle. I've got an Asus EeePad. Oh well, guess I'll stick to cooking salmon the way I always do, broiled for three minutes on each side in the toaster oven then served on a pile of organic brown rice topped with homemade mesquite honey ginger jelly. Yum. I just wanted to look at these recipes to see if any others appealed to me.

@moondrake: You could always download free Kindle reading apps for another device including your pc/mac http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=sa_menu_karl3?ie=UTF8&docId=1000493771

I want to include more salmon in my diet but am clueless as to how to prepare it. This will come in handy. Thanks for posting it.

So, I need to have a kindle to get this deal? I clicked on the link and it said, BVBOOKS, we don't have a Kindle registered for your account. I was planning on downloading it and converting it for use on my Nook. Anyone got a work around?

I use a Cruz Velocity Reader I got off Woot.com last year. I download all the kindle book all the time! I even add them to my blog so other can read them on their devices including their PC's.
