Angry Birds Seasons (Xmas & Halloween) - New FREE Game On Android

This is a separate game and a separate download from the original Angry Birds.

It includes 25 brand new levels presented Advent Calendar style, with a new level becoming available each day of December until Christmas.

It also includes the Halloween version that was previously unavailable for Android.

And it's all free. Suck it, iPhone. ;-P

Actually it is available for iPhone, too. But it'll cost ya a buck - unless you already purchased the Angry Birds Halloween edition, in which case you get a free upgrade. So there's that.

NOTE: This was released on Dec 1, but I was surprised to not see it listed here yet & figured I'd post it.

It's a free update for the Halloween game. Update also goes for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod versions

@wickedd365 Wrong. It's completely free on android via ad support. Not just an update, since Halloween edition wasn't available on android till this release.

@mattplaybass: Wrong. the Halloween version has been available on the Android for a while now. I downloaded it on my friends phone a couple weeks back for $.99
He updated his yesterday to this one.

@wickedd365: I'm afraid you're mistaken on two fronts:

1) There has never been, and still isn't, a paid version of any AB edition available for Android
2) The Halloween edition hasn't been available on Android until this release

1) I got an email from Rovio alerting me to the release of Angry Birds Seasons. It announced that they "are still working on ... [introducing] a payment system to opt-out of advertising."

2) I'm sure you can find info on the release dates of the Halloween version various places online.... Here's the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angry_Birds#Special_editions

From that page: "In December 2010, Rovio released Angry Birds Seasons to both iOS and Android devices. Seasons introduced 25 Christmas-themed levels, one for each day leading to the holiday. The iOS version was offered as a free upgrade to Angry Birds Halloween, while the Android version was released as a free, ad-supported download and included the previously-exclusive Halloween levels."
