According to the comments on Amazon it could go either way. At least with the sample you get to try it without spending the money for the full size.

@wigi: I'm going to pass on this product even if it's free. The side effects seem too great between the possibility of staining my teeth or ruining my sense of taste temporarily. Some reviewers are even saying it's causing skin to come off from the insides of their mouth.
