Thanks!! I just scored a Pink DSi for $40 shipped, will make my 5 year old pretty happy as I refused to spend $100+ on one.

Buy this, pick up Shadow of the Colossus, thank me later.

I recommend caution when dealing with Cowboom. I ordered three times with them, once it worked out, the second time they shipped a Blu-Ray without a remote, and the third time they shipped a completely different (and inferior) laptop to what was ordered. After dealing with their slow and lousy customer service (Yeah...we had to PAY return shipping on the laptop just to get credit,) I swore that I'd never order from them again. If you do, make sure you read the product descriptions carefully and print them out in case you have a claim. You've been warned!

Definitely want to second the comment about watching condition and missing items. I've been watching today and almost all of these are missing cables so far. The Wii consoles have been consoles only without the controllers.

I haven't seen a DSi with a charger yet. Can probably pick up a cheap charger from ebay for $5.

I'd like to third the comment about condition as we just sent back the DSi we bought from them on the last firesale. The condition was a 5, so I took a chance thinking "how bad could it be?". Well, pretty bad as it turns out. It arrived in a small box with no protective packaging around it. We knew it wasn't going to have an adapter or stylus, so that was okay. The unit itself was worn badly around the edges and it was FILTHY. Food stains and crusties around the screen (at least I hope they were food) and hair in-between the buttons. The screen had fingerprints and smudges all over it. I understand that mostly kids play the DSi, but they could have at least packaged it appropriately and wiped the darn thing off.

We had ordered two 1st gen ipads in the past (one "6" and one "7") and they were both cleaned and in great shape, so I still recommend cowboom.com. I just wanted to share our experience.

I've had nothing but good luck with them. If you read the descriptions, it's very clear what is included and what isn't. As far as getting things missing accessories, it's typically well worth it to get the item and find the accessories on Amazon as someone else mentioned. I've got two $300 10" Asus tablets for less than $150 each and an Acer 7" tablet for around $100 and all were steals in my opinion. They were all ranked a 5 for condition and only one tablet had a bit of scratch on its back. They all also arrived in plain boxes but were well protected and secure.

You guys keep shying away.. I'll keep snatching up the deals ;)

@bbdickso1: Where were you like an hour ago? Haha, just ordered a 6 rating DSi. Hope it's in decent condition.

If you want to find something specific without mashing the F5 key over and over, use www.cowboomer.com to look through everything that is on the flash sale. It shows everything as well as condition.

@o0oscar0o: I've also had absolutely fantastic luck with cowboom. Ordered from them about 40 times; everything from TVs to BD players to gaming consoles, and not one single thing I've bought had any problems whatsoever. Despite cowboom giving most of the items lower ratings, such as a "5" and stating it had scratches or scuffs, nearly all items looked and functioned as though they were brand new.

I have seen alot of complaints about cowboom over the years, but it appears that most are due to the buyer not being able to read the description. Perhaps our public schools are worse than I thought if so many adults can't even comprehend the words, "doesn't come with remote, etc." Sad.

I've only bought one tablet from cowboom before, but I did my research.
It was a grade 5, with missing charger. So I purchased a charger, and then got the tablet. It looks brand new. There are a few minor scratches on the back, but I expected some.

I just got a grade 5 DSi, that is only missing a stylus. If it is anything like the tablet I bought, I'll be very pleased.

@pigtool: You returned it wrong. The return system is automatic and FREE in the first 30 days. All you need to do is hit RMA on the item. It generates a return shipping label. Slap it on the box and give it to UPS. You never even need to contact them in any way for permission. One of the return reasons from which to choose is "changed my mind", so I am curious about how you went about trying to do it.

In addition, their customer service is excellent. You can email them or use the Live Chat feature. On a Galaxy Tab 10.1 that I just received, the sync cable was bad. I used the Live Chat, explained the problem and was offered $45 credit. EXCELLENT service.

As to "read the product descriptions carefully", that seems like a good idea anytime that you are buying something. In this case, the items are pre-owned so it would be insane to buy without reading first. Your "problems" with cowboom seem like user error.

Bought a Wii that works fine. However, bought a PS3 that had a faulty disk drive that didn't work. Return process was very easy though. It's a crap shoot with cowboom since they are customer returns, but since it is Best Buy, it's trustworthy and returns are easy to do for 30 days after you receive it.

trying to RMA a 360 from the last console sale, as it won't read any discs. grade 5 condition....

@bockrathj: What exactly does this link do besides say the word cowboomer?

I just made two purchases, one actually told me they were sold out, but I still received a confirmation email for it. I am trying to cancel it, but does anyone know how long it takes for their support team to get back to an email?

@dreamer27: It has never taken longer that a day for me. I do business with them regularly.

I just got the red 3DS in 5 condition with charger, wish me luck.

Yes . . . watch condition. However, you can get a great deal if you're willing to put up with some scratches (still running a PS3 from Cowboom); also, they were great when I decided that the iPhones I ordered were too "dinged and dented."

@liquidsmoke420: Sorry for the long delayed response. But on some of these flash sales, cowboomer.com shows all of the items in the flash sale and their conditions as well as what comes with item (cables / controllers / etc.). The site must have been down when you checked. I believe it is managed by someone other than cowboom, so it is not always guaranteed. When it is up, it works great though.
