Any idea how much light this puts out?

@honk I just ordered one of these, or something very similar, yesterday. Reviews unfortunately ranged from "not bright at all" to "very bright", but mostly tend toward "not bright". I'd say don't expect them to light up a room, or to be able to replace a regular bulb with them. Beyond that, though, i heard they're great mood lighting, and the colors are good, if not terribly bright.

We have used these as nightlights for our kids for three years. LOVE THEM! Remotes are TINY (and easily lost)

and it puts out, I would say somewhere between a 25 watt and a 40 watt standard bulb. We like the amber settings,

I'm not sure if these are the same ones I ordered, for much more money, from another website, but, the remote is the same. The lights are great in my recessed light fixtures on the front porch for holiday colored lighting, but it seems every color has this unnatural green hue to it. For Halloween, I select the orange, but green comes through. In the summer, I choose yellow, thinking it might repel like a bug light, but green shows. Red for Christmas, green shows. Green for Christmas, no problem.
Still, I like them, but do wish they were a bit brighter for the front porch.
I have 2 lights, and one remote will work on each light fixture independently. You have to be really close in order to change the color, literally right under one light then move over to the other one.
Oh, and when you first turn them on, they're automatically in rotation mode and you'll need the remote to change it, if necessary. No remote, no selecting!
