Soto Pocket Torch for $18
One of our most popular items and offerings is back in time for the Holidays!
Get the amazing, 2300 deg F SOTO Pocket Torch with FREE SHIPPING!
The Soto Pocket Torch is designed as a powerful, wind-resistant burner, capable of producing a flame temperature up to 2300 F. Just slide in a disposable rectangular lighter and BAM-a pocket torch lighter. A dependable source for igniting stoves, lanterns, campfires, sterilization, and putting the finishing touches on that creme brulee.
This isn't some $2 piece of junk you can buy on eBay, this is a Japanese engineered all weather lighter that uses a disposable, rectangular lighter as a fuel source for its 2300 deg F, wind resistant torch. How cool is that?
Oh yeah, sorry, no additional coupons on top of this. $18 + Free Shipping is the deal for December!
apparently s good lighter, but this is no sale
Yeah, it is only a dollar or two cheaper than other places. Although free shipping is really nice. I'll probably grab one. Editors Choice for Backpacker Magazine is pretty cool.
What is the funny part about this so called "deal", is that the video on the website promoting the product suggests that only cost that individual $15....
That 'movie' failed in soooo many ways.
@eskimopi: I believe the video editorial was made by Backpacker Magazine in the fall of 2009. The product released on the market in the Spring of 2010 with an MSRP of $19.95... not $15. If you check other similar sites like REI, you'll see that it's listed at the $19.95 price.
Hope that helps.
I have one of these, though I snagged it in a sale for around 9 bucks awhile back. Excellent blowtorch, made even better by the fact that you can use any disposable non-bic lighter and just drop it in there, as opposed to fussing with refills.
These do, indeed, rock. Not sure if they do so at that price point...
