I ordered this as a 'guest' when checking out yesterday afternoon. Still havent got my code through email, has anyone encountered this? And has anyone been able to contact these people, the 'Contact Us' link isnt working.

@vinceasaurus: That's the same boat that I'm in right now. I'm hoping that there is just a delay for those checking out as a guest. If I don't hear back by this weekend I'll probably file a dispute with Paypal.

I created an account but still got nothing and I ordered on the 25th. Also no contact info on the site even their return shipping page is just a template (it says it's a sample page that can be edited). I emailed the address I got a receipt from and the address on the PayPal receipt but no response from either. I'm going to just file my claim.

Has anyone confirmed if its only for people who have checked out as a 'guest' because honestly this is a pretty good deal, haha. Im going to dispute this though, still have no email with a code.

I actually purchased this yesterday, as a guest setting up a new account. It sent me a verification email stating my purchase has been accepting and it is "Awaiting fulfillment".

That was yesterday. Now, when i logged into the website account, it's telling me "You haven't placed any orders with us. When you do, their status will appear on this page."
There's no acknowledgement that I purchased this, though this seems to be AFTER they took the money out of my paypal account (Which seemed shady to begin with, as it is directed to a person's personal email address?)...

I ordered a few days ago and still have not received a code as well. I opened a complaint with Paypal and got an email from Best Sellers 365 that i received a refund. Paypal has not been contacted by Best Sellers 365 and have no record of the refund. I just checked my account with Best Seller 365 and it says i never ordered anything. Buyer beware.

I also have not received anything and ordered earlier this week. When I log in on their site it reflects no orders have been made. This thing smells like a scam.

Has anyone but the poster actually gotten a code?

Well I escalated my PayPal claim and now it says the seller has until the 12th to respond then Paypal will review the case. Has anyone called Paypal about this? Was wondering if I called if maybe they would bypass that waiting till the 12th thing seeing as this is probably a scam.

@square1one: I called and they said the same thing. If Bestsellers does not respond to Paypal's email by the tenth day we will get an automatic refund. My guess is Bestsellers365 is going to respond on the 9th day and delay the whole process even longer.

I ordered April 24 and attempted to check my order on thier website but it showed nothing and I thought it was because I registered as a guest. I emailed them May 4 asking about my order and did get a response stating it would be shipped within "3-8- business days". I replied back asking if it would be shipped from the date of the order or from the email. No response and the website is gone so I filed a dispute with PayPal. They have until May 22 to respond but it a scam based off of everything I have seen. Will PayPal refund the money on May 22? I have never had to dispute a transaction before. Thanks

Update to my situation, Paypal has concluded the claim I filed in my favor,so if you have also purchased this but did not receive anything, i suggest you file a claim as well.

Anyone have an update? My PayPal claim said still waiting for sellers response, but he was supposed to respond by may 12 which he didn't. I thought it was automatically decided in the buyer's favor if there was no response? Guess it's time to call Paypal again and see what's going on.

I just received my refund from Paypal.com Saturday. It was the 11th day from my escalated claim. I called and they put the $40 back in my account and closed the case.

@mini220: Paypal.com will refund the money on the eleventh day. They give them a full ten days to respond. I just got my refund.

I got my refund from PayPal last night. So glad to be done with this mess. I hope the hooker this guy got with the money he tried to steal gave him an incurable disease.
