Paying for the novelty effect is one thing, this is another. Since when did April Fools Day move to May?

Better idea, done at an old friend's house. Two old refrigerators that can hold two kegs each on one side of a wall, a set of four taps running to the other side in front of a bar. Add another fridge by the bar for pre-bottled beer and liquor. Less money to buy, about the same time to construct/setup, and a whole lot nicer looking than some walk-in beer closet sitting in the middle of your basement or garage.
