Looking at the website, I find the same thing also listed at $6.29 in addition to the $6.99. Also, what seems to be the same set in a different plastic round rack container at $5.99. And note it says these all are shipped "from the China warehouse" in 2-3 weeks. By the way, it is more expensive per each to buy these in the two- or three-packs.

I ordered from these folks in the past (a bunch of those credit card multi-tool things). It took every bit of 3 weeks to arrive, but everything was fine and you can't be the price.
