Never received my dirt. Contacted Steiner Sports. "We sent it USPS, since you didn't receive it, we'll send you another".
Guess what I never got that one either. Either my postal carrier is a Boston fan, or this deal is a scam! I suggest the latter.
Same here. I have contacted them three times and told all three times that the item would be resent but they are never able to give me a tracking number. The order summary finally shows that the item shipped but still says no tracking number available. This is ridiculous.
I was looking forward to buying a lot of Yankee stuff from the for a friend who is a huge fan but I will not chance sending them any more money.
Finally received my dirt. container is the size of a nickle. Just keep emailing and complaining, that's what I did.

It is not a legit company!. I ordered one back in October. Have left 4 messages, spoke to a customer service rep three times, been told they will mail me another one twice....I still have no dirt. Do not purchase from these people, it is a scam.
ESPN did a story on them stating that they purcahsed the remains of the stadium for not a lot of money and could stand to make millions....I guess they should have added that it was in stolen money from fans!
