Thanks! Bought. : )
What? Three movies? I'm pretty sure there was only one. That's a pretty crazy typo. I wonder how they stretched one movie onto 10 DVDs.
@defective: Was that supposed to be a joke? There were three movies in the trilogy, plus an animated special ("The Animatrix"), plus a buncha discs of featurettes, commentary, etc.
Don't forget the freakin' awrsome Animatrix.
I'd be all over it had it been the Blu-ray
@stuntdriver: No s*, considering the Blu-ray edition costs 4-5 times that much on sale. :-D
@brossow: Indeed, but that is the true value. The Animatrix in 1080p is divine and the fight scenes as well.
got mine -- thanks for the heads up
ty for this one.
@defective: I've always been convinced that at the end of "Revolutions" Neo and co. were still in the Matrix (hence his inexplicable ability to blow up the machines).
Imagining there were two layers of the Matrix makes the movie a whole lot more bearable.
Or the fact that the single anomalie had been accounted for, that his path was defined. Or maybe the real world was like a matrix in such a way as that it "reset" aswell...
just got a refund...

Plus coupon code WELCOME09 for $5 off.
I also used SHIP4U to get free shipping but I don't know if I need to.
@brossow: No, defective is pretty much right. There was one movie, The Matrix, and then there were 2 horrid movies that happened to have most of the same actors & the same name attached to it, but were definitely not in the same lineage. Its like the sequels to the moderately good Van Damme movies. The animatrix was... ok. I was not overly impressed. They really should've left it @ 1 movie.
Remember when this movie was supposed to be the greatest thing ever? And then they came out with the 2nd and 3rd and messed up the whole thing.
@jahcriado: Whoa. Talk about cognitive dissonance: "good Van Damme movies." I didn't know those words could be combined in that fashion. :-D
Got it. YIPEE!
@brossow: JCVD.
@defective: you are retarded. It was a trilogy. A quadrilogy if you count the Animatrix. Where have you been ?
@bcs7 I wish you were right. I would sure have loved a sequel.
just did it. I've been wanting this, but couldn't see spending $50+ on it. IMO, Reloaded was the best one (when you include the Animatrix and Enter the Matrix stories that tie into it).
Received mine this morning... thanks again for this one, great deal.
