Ordered, got free shipping, but weirdness with the estimated tax, which was 46 cents. Should have been 14 cents. I went ahead and ordered just to see how such a mistake plays out. Also couldn't get the site to let me pay with PayPal-- kept giving an error that my shipping address was incorrect whenever I clicked the box for PayPal. Took a credit card just fine from the same page. Web site really needs work.

@kimiye: Did the same thing for me regarding Paypal. I think it was due to this being my first order from Target.com and in their eyes the address was not validated yet. I had to take the credit card route too.
Didn't notice if the tax was screwed up. But, I live in PA where the tax rates and codes are all whacked. So if it told me $3 tax on a $3 item that wouldn't seem odd.... :)
