You can get it at Amazon for $26 (for PS3 version) with fee shipping, so not that good of a deal.

@kiwidave: I'm not sure I would go that far. I think the deal is in the guitar more than the game...I just hope everyone realizes this is Guitar Hero 3 which came out in October 2007.

I have bought a boatload of stuff from the various 1 sale a day tiers, and have never ever had any problems (other than sometimes a long delivery time but not always) with anything I've gotten from them including this guitar hero 3 guitar. Getting a second one tonight.
