My official WB One Ring was on sale at $80, normally $140 and it's gold plate over sterling silver, so I doubt that $199 is a valid retail price for a tungsten one, but $15 seems like a good deal.
Thought - with a melting point of 3422 °C, a tungsten ring would not have melted in the lava in Mount Doom...
