I have the HD Homerun Prime (can't use over-the-air signals, but is meant to work with digital cable) and I love it. Picture and audio work flawlessly over my home network. If I didn't have cable, I would strongly consider picking up one of these.

If I didn't already have more tuners than available channels (OTA HDTV), then I would pick up another of these. Work great. I have 3 already and they all work flawlessly.

I have two of these for a total of four tuners. When cable is out they provide all the TV available. When cable is working, I shunt one of the set top boxes into one of the tuners and really boost my viewing options. It still isn't quite as seamless as I'd like, but it is great for the price as long as you have a sufficiently fast network to transmit the HDTV data.
