Worked for me, thanks! It does not work for renewals, I tried. Gotta be a new .com domain.

vote-for2vote-against

Hence the word "registration" in the title. :)

vote-for2vote-against

lovesmeatballs.com is not taken! woo hoo! Seriously, for this price it is worth it to register something silly.

vote-for3vote-against

Just registered my domain name.
Joker dot com let my old one go. (and before you comment, yes I KNOW how registration works)
Now I have blindwillys.com and I'll see how these guys do business.
It was a pretty easy process, other than the flood of "upselling"...
Like the person before me, registering a goofy name is GREAT at this price :)

Ok, who moved my furniture around, damnit?!?!?!?!

vote-for1vote-against

I used these guys for my site, they had a better promo going a couple of weeks back got 3 years for $60 with privacy & all that jazz.

vote-for3vote-against

I registered mine for me as a musician... I've been meaning to do it for a while but never gotten around to it.

My total was only $1.17, too... an additional $.02 savings.

vote-for8vote-against

The free shipping is what got me. In for two.

vote-for3vote-against

Don't click the link for "I want one"

For me the discount didnt apply because the url links to a discount code for transferring domains.

vote-for2vote-against

Too bad it's not good for renewals. I own crylikealittlegirl.com and it expires in Oct. :)

vote-for2vote-against

I just bought IM-GREG.com as a continuation to an inside joke on my friend greg.

vote-for2vote-against

Just registered 2 last week, plus privacy and all that for 2 years and it came to 53 or something. Good deal. I own several domains with godaddy, now to make something of them....

vote-for2vote-against

In for one. What a great deal! Thanks!

vote-for4vote-against

Known scumbags, you'll be sorry if you get sucked-in by their lowball price, spend a few bucks more and deal with decent folks. You've been warned, good luck.

vote-for2vote-against

did in i have a new domain for 1.17 a year and redirected it to my original site www.fauxfooddiner.com u go go daddy such a deal

vote-for2vote-against

Hmmmmm but next year (and beyond) you'll be paying around $12 a year for your Dot Com.

I use 1and1.com and have had no problems with them- they're $8.99 a year.

vote-for2vote-against

Worked for me - thanks for the deal!

vote-for6vote-against

@kulacorp: Scumbags? Seriously? I've been a Go Daddy customer for 8+ years and I would have to say they are exponentially better than any other registrar out there when it comes to product and service. Like any successful company, they have their detractors, but when you look at most of the complaints in detail, you find that the majority of them are from bad customers. I've seen people gripe about GD because the company wouldn't fix an issue that wasn't even theirs, wouldn't give them free things just because they wanted them, and even one person who was upset because GD wouldn't let them violate federal law.

Sure, they're heavy on the sales pitch and upsell on their site, but there's a damn good reason they're the world's largest domain registrar: They're just better than the rest.

vote-for2vote-against

too bad they dont accept paypal when you use the coupon code. :( a shame......could have been a beautiful thing.

vote-for2vote-against

@kulacorp: Scumbags? Want to give us some data? I've moved all my personal .com and .us domains to them over the years (my previous registrar-of-choice was GANDI). I've had them for years and never had a problem. Of course they try to upsell - they're charging you a buck!

Another thing is if you check the legal agreements, you own the domain. You'd think that would be straightforward, but back in the day with a lot of registrars that wasn't actually the case.

vote-for2vote-against

@llamabox: I'm pretty sure godaddy locks the regular price from when you register as your renewal cost every year afterwards. I'm sure it doesn't apply to sale prices like this however. I think I registered for 9.99 and I'm almost certain that's where it stays.

vote-for2vote-against

@bandedcat10: you know, I was going to make that joke, and I'm glad I searched before I did, otherwise I'd look like a chump....

Just registered notenoughsriracha dot com :P My personal fav'

Also made sure to check mark this:
Your domain names are set to Manual renewal. Don't risk losing your domain names!

vote-for2vote-against

In for one. The actual price is 99 cents, plus an 18-cent regulatory fee, for a grand total of a buck & 17 clams. We must find a deal like this for renewals some day.

vote-for2vote-against

I'm in for one. Code worked with no problem.

vote-for2vote-against

Can you register more than 1? I tried but it only is giving my top url the discount? Perhaps 1 at a time??

vote-for2vote-against

Worked for me. Thanks for the code!

vote-for2vote-against

It's coming up as full price for me, what am I doing wrong?

vote-for2vote-against

GoDaddy is far better than RegisterFly ever was... that's for sure! Talk about scumbags! I had domains stolen by RegFly that they allowed to expire even though I had paid for renewal on time. Then they wanted $400 per domain to restore them.

vote-for2vote-against

@stazja01: Hmmmm really? I did not know this... that would be a major plus.

vote-for3vote-against

It won't let me use PayPal as a checkout option with this coupon code...

Lame.

vote-for2vote-against

In for 1. Grabbed it and put a buck in at nearlyfreespeech.net to put a picture up. Got my name, which I guess is a good thing if I ever want to do anything with it later on.

vote-for2vote-against

Didn't work - i kept clicking next thinking i'd see a form for the code.

I think using paypal screwed me. I payed full price.

vote-for2vote-against

I own a few domain names that are registered through GoDaddy and I have had no issues with them at all. The customer service is good overall and they call me about once every 6 months to make sure that I am satisfied with my hosting and to inform me about any upcoming changes (price increases) to their domain registrations. Unfortunately I have no need for another domain so I won't be using this deal.

vote-for2vote-against

Ha! Free shipping on a domain name!

vote-for2vote-against

Im getting the error message:
The promo code you entered is invalid, expired, or ineligible for the items you are purchasing.
any help.
is it because i have bought stuff from them before?

vote-for1vote-against

:( didn't work.. probably hit 7500 redemptions already.

vote-for1vote-against

tear Dead!
