Awesome way to stick it to the Pet Man. You see, advantage and other flea medicines have the same active ingredient for cats and dogs. When you buy it for a big dog, it's 2-4 times the amount of ingredients, but only a couple bucks in increased cost. They are tricking us. The lovely people at Luv my pet supply figured out a simple solution. They provide you a kit so you can put the right amount of medicine on your pet. Once you have the kit and correct dosage amount you are set to always save money.

Research before buying ANY cheap pet flea medication. Many are known to harm the pet's skin, cause allergic reactions, and even seizures. Do your homework before you save money. If you wanna take better care of your animal, spend the extra $40 or so.

I've bought from Luv Your Pet Supply store 2 times. It is the same product, but you are just getting more bang for your buck.

They have a near perfect amazon rating.

It is not a phony product. It's the actual advantage you can buy from your vet or PetSmart. They just show you how to use the largest dose of it for smaller pets.

@richardwhitlock: All I said was do your research before buying any medication from the internet, pet or otherwise. I don't know about this particular product, but if you look up Hart's or Sargaent's you can find lots of news articles and bad reviews.

To clarify - I have not used this particular product, I'm just saying to research before buying for your loved critter. I'm sorry if this advice is "BS" :)

@walkingsnake: Yeah, the Hart's and Sargaent's is crap. This product is Advantage. I use the kit for Advantage 2 also. Bought a 4 pack for XL dogs and that is like a year supply for my 2 small dogs and 2 cats.
