These things look a little cheap, like they should be in the $4.99 bin.

vote-for2vote-against

does it really come packaged with fuzzy dice?

vote-for1vote-against

cosutme jewelry...tiny. But if real Tanzanite, $20 is not bad.

vote-for1vote-against

Agreed. They look cheap. Might be good gift for a little girl though.

I'm sure it's real, just not real good tanzanite. The good stuff, even in tiny earrings like these is still not cheap.

They're "lab tanzanite" - probably good for a stocking stuffer for your teen, but not the real thing.

Coolest box everrrr. Worth it just for the box!

I could seee getting these for my niece.

I think that 4mm is the perfect size for everyday wear. The ladybug packaging is kind of hokey, but you are buying earrings - not a box.

Even for lab created Tanzanite, this is a good price and if you like Tanzanite, earrings are a great way to wear it, as it is somewhat fragile and could be damaged.

But, I think Tanzanite looks much better with a silver colored metal and I wish these had platinum or white gold posts.

Had they not been in that packaging, I definitely woulda' bought them for my girlfriend. Tanzanite is one of the birthstones for December (added by the AGTA in the beginning of this millennium), and matches Blue Topaz (another one of the birthstones) relatively well.

I think they are simply fabulous and am torn between having my ears pierced so I can wear them or waiting for a deal on a clip on version.

I bought some tanzanite on a trip down to South Africa in the 90's. Expensive stuff then and price was dictated by the depth of the stone and rich color. These look pretty puny but the price seems right for tiny little stones.

I wouldn't mind getting them in my Christmas stocking. They look great.

I got a pair for my ex-wife, from my son for a Christmas present.

Word of warning. Tanzanite scratches very easily. dont just throw them in a box with other jewelry and expect them to last very long

vote-for1vote-against

The Tanzanite seems a little pale (darker generally means better quality). Good price though..

Tanzanite rules! It's so purply and fun. I wonder if they have any Zircon or Lapis Lazuli... because then it would be a PARTY!!!

vote-for1vote-against

another word of warning, 10k gold is usually marked as such, and perceived as really cheap kids' stuff, a grown woman will expect 14k or higher (so about right for an ex-wife, or to get you closer to having one)

The box alone is worth the $20 too funny

I wish my daughter was old enough for these. Maybe I could buy them now for later.

vote-for1vote-against

I wasn't aware that tanzanite had been added as a December birthstone. I wouldn't mind a pair of these.

vote-for1vote-against

I love the box, I think I'd get them for my five year old even though her ears aren't pierced, she'd love that box too!

@Kim Price: Completely agree re: yellow v white gold with tanzanite. Have found that to be true w nearly all gemstones.

vote-for1vote-against

I hope these are big enough to see, I am not sure how big 4 mm is...

vote-for1vote-against

I am tempted to buy this for my wife she loves Tanzanite.

vote-for1vote-against

These look cute for my 10 year old niece. Not sure I'd buy them for an adult woman.

vote-for1vote-against

they are cute, a good gift for a young girl

I love tanzanite. This is an excellent price. Thumbs up
