If you know someone just starting out, this would be a GREAT housewarming type gift. These are all really good quality items. I'd get it myself but I already have half of it. That strainer is great - fits over the sink. I think I paid $15 for it alone at Ross! The hand can opener is a good one too!

Seems expensive to me. Is this really a deal? I definitely didn't pay this much for my equivalents.

There are some closeout stores near me where I can put this same package together for less money. Maybe not all the exact models, but pretty close.
