Advertises $39.99 and then shows up in cart as $49.99. lame. Still may be a deal but its a bit shady.

Does not ring up at $39.99 - is actually $49.99 plus tax. Not a great deal and no guarantee it is not a refurb. Is there a coupon code or something else to apply here?
