I own five of these and love them. Setting up access from outside your home network will be tricky for anybody who doesn't know much about firewall configuration, and the built-in web interface is a little clunky, and you may find yourself having to reboot them around once a month or so - but at this price they are the best thing on the market and I'm totally sold on them with no regrets. (If I'd spent, say, $500 on each one then I'd be screaming mad. But you get what you pay for and these are an excellent value.)

@mrgrogg: I have no issues with the web interface, except I wish it worked better on a Mac (the full interface is only available on Win IE). But at least they give you the basics on any browser including mac. And you can get some free mobile apps to view these cameras...

I reboot mine every few months - usually related to something glitchy on my WiFi network.

I actually have mine mounted outside, under the eves. It's not rated for that, and the specs say don't have it below freezing. But I've Panned/Tilted it well below zero. And it's been outside since 3 years ago. This summer the wall wart powering it died, and I replaced the wart and the camera is back in business again...
