Look pretty high quality. Downloads to pdf = 20-30MB. You know what they say, "If it isn't at Costco, you don't need it."

I believe they hand phsyical copies of these out each year on black friday.

I was only able to get the first one (2010) to download as a pdf. After that, when I clicked on the download as pdf button, nothing happened.

I've picked up a couple of these at Costco and found some nice recipes. We have a snack club at work, and I got rave reviews for the Holiday Caramel Chex Mix from the Home Cooking- The Costco Way. Yummy!!

All worked but the naming is off one some of the books. I do have one or two of them in print. Not bad recipes really.

These are really great guides for people new to cooking and general housekeeping. The recipes are not complicated and use easy to find ingredients. There are tips for stocking a pantry, freezing food, and other money-saving ideas.

You can download them as PDFs and will likely need to rename the files for them to be useful.

My kids (in their middle 20s) are all getting tablets for Christmas this year. I'm putting these guides on before I give them. Tablet computers are amazingly useful in the kitchen, so I think this will be a good match.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
