When I click on the item and get to the site, it shows this item for $13.99 what gives ?

i'd be wary. I had rechargeable's for my wii mote and it ended up burning them out. Same happened for a friend of mine.

Ill pass on this one.

@nahabed: maybe you have to use the coupon code?

This also looks like it is not compatible with the Wii Motion Plus accessory. Check before ordering, but judging from the picture the remote won't fit in there with the Motion Plus attached.

I own this. The LED lights are extremely bright, so be wary...

The LEDs aren't that bright. I just got one of these for my sister's family.

The problem is those little pins that you have to line up EXACTLY to get it to charge. A ROYAL PITA. Look for Wiimote rechargers that use "Inductive" charging, instead of this. Trust me - I tried several times to get those suckers to line up easily and it isn't worth your time.

I've got one and don't use it anymore. It's picky about wanting the controller lined up just so or it won't charge. It lasted about a year and now the batteries won't hold a charge. The lights turn red for about 10 seconds to indicate charging, then go blue to say it's charged, but it's really not. Not compatible with the Wii Motion add-on either.

Do not buy!!! I bought this exact one off of a deal site a few months ago. Wiimotes do not sit well in cradle and often slide out. Hard to line up the charging prongs. I would recommend an induction charging system.

I have this and, to be honest, it is not worth five bucks. If you have the wrist strap on the remotes then it will not make contact with the charging points. The batteries do come half charged but after about a month of general play (4 hours a week) they started to empty out faster and faster. If you like to play with the soft grips on the remotes then you can just forget it. The LED lights are very bright. The USB chord that plugs into your Wii is far too short at about 18 inches. Overall this product is an cheap push through to lure unsuspecting prospectors into a lesser expensive model. Two months after owning I threw it out and purchased two sets of rechargeable bouble-A's and a seperate charger.

I own this. It works extremely well. The Wiimotes sit best if you lightly press them onto the contacts and let the wrist strap hang out front of the Wiimote. They sit very well if you do that.
Also the lights. Eh.... My charger sits on my subwoofer and we can watch movies in a pitch black room and not be bothered by the led's.
We use this charger quite a bit and it always keeps the Wiimotes charged. Expecially after marathon 5 hour bowling sessions.

Oh.. Use the code on the right of the page.

Just got two of these. Will give my opinion of them when I get them but to get two of these for less then $25 when the original price is for two would be $120, I'll take the risk of them not working as some people say.

I added the item to my shopping cart, then inputted the coupon code. It deducted the $4 and it worked GREAT.

We've had something similar for a year now. Works fine, although when the remotes have the recharge batteries in they won't fit in the guitar (so we just switch back to AA's). Getting the remotes lined up with the contacts can be a pain, but gets easier with experience. My kids have no problem doing it. Overall, a good experience, and I paid 3 times as much.

Batteries like this have a memory. If you fully drain and recharge the first 10 or so times, you'll have no problems. Partial charges arent good on this type of battery. Worth the money.

Purchased this on Black Friday, followed all instructions for charging, and they barely hold a three hour charge. I would avoid if I were you.
