Just a little fun fact: If you are currently on an unlimited plan with Verizon, you will lose it when you get a new subsidized phone. The only way to keep your unlimited plan is to pay "full retail" for a phone through Verizon, or get one on a secondary market (eBay, craigslist, etc.). Even if you go through a 3rd party (BestBuy, Staples, Radio Shack, etc.), if you get a new 2 yr. contract you will still get zapped and lose your unlimited plan.

That being said, it's an awesome phone and this is an awesome deal on it.

New customers (to Verizon) only - device upgrade price is $99.99, though the gift card looks to still be in play for that, and that still makes it a good price.
