The one odd thing is the description says 2 nights and the headline says 1 night. I actually think it might be for 2 nights but would definitely clarify that before buying.

Restrictions: Offer must be redeemed by 6 months from purchase date. Limit two people per room and one voucher per reservation • Vouchers cannot be combined to extend stay • Voucher is valid for any room available • Reservations required and subject to availability • Not valid on group or existing reservations • Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 90 days applies; voucher subject to forfeiture.

Also, if you sign up and refer a friend at halfoffdepot you can get a $10 credit.
