That's the cheapest they get! And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Amazon will give you the code right after purchase online, so you don't even have to wait for the card to come in the mail.

@muddobber107: They have an option to get the code right away but it's $10 more. Not worth it, I'll wait. I think my LIVE service runs out on the 24th so I have time.

Thanks for this. My subscription is up at the end of the month and i searched for about 2 hours last night and could only find them for $48.99.

During my searches last night i found out you can compound these, so i ordered 2 @ $80 so now i'm covered for 2 more years.

On a side note, F*CK Best Buy! I will NEVER do business with them again because i was one of the unlucky ones this year at Christmas that never got delivered. the $8 coupon they gave doesn't make up for them single-handidly ruining my kids' Christmas.

As an added bonus if you aren't already an existing Gold member, I had an offer on my Xbox Home page after signing in to try Xbox Live Gold for $1 the first month, with $9.99/month thereafter (which I would plan to cancel anyway) - however, if you bundle it with this deal currently you end up with 13 months for $41 - not too shabby!
